Why is expanding our consciousness important? It is necessary if we wish to become aware of our soverign self and live our life in the truth of who we really are, because the process of expanding our consciousness will remove the limiting beliefs and expectations placed on us by society that have been woven into our conditioning. It is only when we have succeeded in dismantling these that we can be our true self.
